We hope that you like our goods, however, in the event that you wish to return your product to us, we expect you to exercise reasonable care in the handling of the product(s). Unless the product is otherwise covered by a warranty or guarantee, your products should be returned to us in their original condition. If you fail to take reasonable care of the products before returning them to us, they will not be accepted. We will not refund products where the product has been used or the packaging has been damaged. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products. If you change your mind about a product, you will be able to return the products by post, in their original condition within 28 days from the day of receipt. The products are your responsibility until they are safely returned to us. We suggest you keep proof of postage to us and take out insurance on your product(s) with the relevant posting service to prevent monetary loss. When we receive your product, we will notify you and subject to inspection, we will subsequently give you a full refund for the value of your goods. No specific products are excluded from being returned within accordance with this returns policy, unless otherwise stated.
